Howl Of A Dog is a nonprofit animal rescue organization - www.HowlOfADog.org.
Our commitment is to rescue abandoned, homeless, neglected and abused dogs (and other animals) from the streets or from local kill-shelters and to find them suitable loving forever homes. At the same time, our efforts aim to build a more compassionate and responsible society, develop education programs for the young generations and support neutering/spaying campaigns in order to reduce dog overpopulation in Romania.

Could they make these cells any more depressing and crappy? FFS. It's not hard to put towel, blankets or beds. People all over are more than willing to donate. If they cared, they would. Unfortunately there are too many shelters that don't care.
